Reiki is a soothing treatment that promotes deep relaxation and healing and works holistically with the mind, body and spirit. At the start of the session I will ask you briefly about your medical health and any key areas that you would like me to focus on. I select supportive crystals and aromatherapy oils and soft soothing music to use during this restorative treatment.
