Welcome to my Homeopathy, Coaching and Wellness practice.

I work from my home clinic in Wymondham, South Norfolk close to Hethersett and Norwich in the UK, as well as consulting worldwide online. 

Homeopathy is a wonderful system of natural medicine which combines the benefits of talk therapy with medicine. Using Homeopathy, I treat your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical body. 

Homeopathic medicines give mental health support, treat long term chronic and acute illness and also help with behavioural issues and neurodiversity ADHD, Autism, PDA and more. 

As a Homeopath I trained for 4 years to become licensed and registered with the Society of Homeopathy. My licentiate includes, Homeopathy, Anatomy and Physiology, Bach Flower remedies, Herbal medicine and Nutrition. I am licensed and registered to understand your health concerns, listen empathically, ask questions, give lifestyle advice and prescribe Homeopathic remedies. 

I have a family focused practice treating everyday ailments as well as hormonal issues, fertility, gut related problems, skin issues and more.  I have a special personal interest in mental health, anxiety trauma and ASD/ADHD. These areas I have specialised in with further study and experience. 

I am a  registered Homeopath, ICF Coach, Reiki Master and Crystal Practitioner and I offer packages and consultations to suit your individual needs.

I offer a focused 6 week nervous system reset program and am a Certified International Professional Expert Coach. I support families with neurodiversity with coaching for parents, helping with relationships, life direction, managing behaviours, neurodivergent burn out, sensory overload, overcoming barriers, confidence coaching, ADHD and Autism Anxiety,  depression.
