I support neurodiverse parents who feel burnt out, overwhelmed and constantly on edge.
I offer 4 weekly, 45 minute support coaching sessions online or in person with simple practical tools and nervous system support.
We focus on the daily struggles that you are facing at work, home and parenting.
We follow the same structure each week and together we talk about how you feel and what you would like to focus on during each session - it is personalised for you.
At the end of the session we decide together on some simple action steps to help with this.
I also offer Homeopathy as an included option, to offer you additional support with any anxiety, irritability, sleep and the nervous system.
After the 4 week program, the aim is for you to start to feel calmer, more regulated and able to cope better day to day, without adding any pressure or unrealistic routines.
