Many of us spend our lives juggling work and families, without proper time to fully relax and recharge.

 I offer one to one, half day relaxing and restorative retreats at my cosy home clinic.  I focus on you and your needs to create the best combination of treatments. Treat your body and leave fully relaxed, ready to face the day ahead. Nourishing your mind and body and completely switching off. 

The morning starts with a short consultation to talk about what you would like out of the morning, some clients need the time to relax and rejuvenate, others want a very focused approach for their specific needs. Or time to enjoy both. There will be time to find your headspace and some peace and quiet for yourself. 

Treatments include 30 minutes relaxation time, post treatments.  

As you fully unwind, finish the morning at rest with glowing hydrated skin. Using beautiful Tropic skin care products enjoy a cleanse, tone and moisturise, according to your skin type.  Release all tension in your hands as they are massaged and hydrated with luxurious Tropic oils. 

Enjoy a selection of herbal and fruit teas and fruits to cleanse and ground you. Fresh purified water will be available throughout the morning. 

Select from 2 one-hour treatments or combine up to 3 to maximise the time.  

A full 60 minutes of blissful Reiki energy healing, with chakra balance from top to toe. Feel calm and rested as you enjoy the deep relaxation and warm sensations as your energy rebalances and recharges.  Your experience can be designed for you. Tailor it for specific areas of your body or go with the flow and leave it to me! 

Reiki therapy can help with all areas, it supports other conventional treatments to rebalance the mind body and spirit. I have supported clients with fertility issues, post operative recovery and injuries, rebalancing hormones. health and wellbeing, stress, spiritual development, sleep issues and emotional healing. 

While traditional Reiki helps restore balance to the entire energy field there are times when we need specific focus on a body part or organ. I often see clients after a broken bone has been set or after an injury or operation. It is helpful where there is a weakness in an organ eg stomach, adrenals, heart, liver, - it may be related to digestive health, respiratory function, cardiovascular health, fertility  or anywhere in the body. I guide the energy to specific areas that require the attention, focusing on the root cause of the imbalance. This can enhance the performance of your organs and bring harmony and balance. 

With specific body part or organ reiki  the treatment is very much tailored to your individual needs. For the stomach Reiki can typically help with digestion, it can help to clear blockages physically and energetically, reduce discomfort and inflammation, help with absorption and strengthen organs while giving you a sense of calm and relaxation. 

A wonderful Reiki treatment focusing on the face, neck and decolletage areas. Boosts the overall health of the skin and encourages skin renewal and healing. 

The  Reiki facial  relaxes you with  beautiful natural aromatic Tropic products. Unwind as I fully  cleanse, tone and moisturise, applying deep moisturising or cleanse and detoxify mask treatments.

Hands are placed on or close to the face, neck and decolletage area. I guide Reiki to specific areas on your face.  A wonderful relaxing bespoke experience with overall skin and health benefits.

Crystal Healing uses crystals to promote physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.  Crystals carry a unique energy that carry unique vibrational energies. When you place crystals on the body or in the energy field of the person the energies interact with the body and can help with physical, and emotional wellbeing. Different energy healing crystals have different properties and can be supportive and healing, working with your energy and chakra system to boost your health and wellbeing.

Before the crystal healing treatment, we have a short consultation to talk through any health or emotional worries you may have. During the treatment you lie fully clothed on a massage table, while I set up healing- healing-crystals crystal grids from top to toe. 

I work from one end of the body to the other rebalancing and working where it is most needed to bring about balance and healing.  I use crystals on specific points during healing sessions. Relax in a safe space as you talk through how you are feeling, any health issues and worries. We take a deep dive into your health history and any symptoms you have. 

The consultations and Homeopathic treatment can help clients to cope better, reduce stress, improve health and reduce symptoms as well as addressing the root cause of an issue. 

I prepare a bespoke Homeopathic prescription for you to help restore and rebalance health and wellbeing.  (Prescriptions are prepared and are available to collect within a few days, medical forms will be completed prior to the session).  Ongoing treatment of chronic conditions may be recommended. 

 Introduction to the Homeopathic Bach Flower remedies.  

A wonderful system of Homeopathic remedies discovered and created by Dr Edward Bach in the early 20th century. These remedies are prepared from the blossoms of wild flowers, trees and plants each  specially chosen for its specific effect on emotional states.

Healing retreats start at 9.30 and finish at 12.30pm.  Available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Packages can be tailored and start from £150 for 3 hour package. Retreat Gift certificates are available  for special occasions and events as full or part payment.
