coaching for ADHD and AUTISM

If you are parenting a child with Autism and ADHD you’ve probably already realised that most parenting advice doesn’t quite fit. 


Whether your child is autistic, has ADHD or some of the behavioural traits, you may have found yourself trying all the right strategies… only to feel like nothing quite works for your family. 

What works for neurotypical children doesn’t always translate and that gap can leave parents feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of themselves. 


This is where coaching is very supportive. It helps you make sense of what’s going on. 


A lot of the behaviour that looks challenging on the surface is about:

  • · Overwhelm
  • · Sensory Overload
  • · Anxiety or Dysregulated Nervous System


Coaching gently shifts the focus away from fixing behaviour and towards understanding your child. 

Once you see what’s underneath, everything starts to change. 


You stop second guessing yourself and coaching brings you back to that place where you feel steadier, and decisions start to feel clearer and more grounded. 

You learn how to respond, not just react. 


When days feel intense, it’s natural to slip into firefighting mode. Getting through the next meltdown, managing the next transition, holding everything together. 


Coaching creates space to step out of that cycle.
